A Visit to Plymouth

A visit to Plymouth produced a few different images around the Royal William Yard a new housing development. The Tamar Bridges and The Hoe. A few images below the Hoe around Tinside Pool were interesting with its different shapes. I managed to take some shots of The Barbican at dusk. The weather wasn't always kind and it did rain occasionally. Just visit my Flickr site for more images.

New Zealand Camera Club Visitors

I had as guests John and Janet Greenwood from Waikato Photographic Society in Hamilton, New Zealand, John being the President of the club. All this came about through an International Exchange of images with their club at Waikato, Edinburgh, South Africa, Gibralter and my club Exmouth Photo Group. They got in touch as they were visiting England and I invited them to stay for the weekend; of course we went out for a spot of photography. They were interested in seeing the thatched cottages in Devon and we visited Wellington Monument, Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth. and Exeter City. A very pleasant weekend which was made even better with good weather.
